Lawyer Hien is a qualified Vietnamese lawyer with many years of experience.
She has experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private equity transactions and restructurings. She has particular experience in complex transactions, often on a cross-border basis. Before joining H&C Legal in 2021, she worked at a leading Vietnamese law firm and at the Hanoi office of a Korean firm. She previously served as Legal Counsel at H&M Consulting Law Firm from.
In particular, Lawyer Nguyen Hien has extensive experience in labor and employment. She has advised and assisted multinational enterprises in preparing labor utilization plans, developing plans for job arrangements and restructuring the workforce in the context of mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, divisions and separations of enterprises, and in dismissing employees due to organizational restructuring, technological changes or economic reasons.
