After earning a master’s degree in Economic Law from the University of Toulouse Capitole (Social Sciences), France, Lawyer Truong returned to Vietnam and joined InvestConsult Group, a leading consulting firm specializing in Business & Investment, as a Legal Specialist and later as Deputy Director of the company’s Legal Advisory Center. In this role, Lawyer Truong had the opportunity to apply his capabilities in Mergers & Acquisitions, including being in charge of drafting sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture contracts, registration of M&A transactions, and other related documents….
